Position Summary
As a Presentation Designer at Ingage, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with our customers to elevate their presentations to new heights. This role entails conducting thorough reviews of clients' existing presentations, offering constructive feedback on their content, structure, design, and overall impact. You will leverage your expertise in design principles and storytelling to guide clients in refining their messages and visual appeal. You'll play a crucial role in helping them harness the full potential of the Ingage platform by incorporating its unique features into their presentations. This includes advising on the use of interactive elements and multimedia content to create engaging and memorable presentations that resonate with their intended audience. Your goal will be to empower our users to communicate their ideas more effectively, ensuring that every presentation made using Ingage is impactful, visually stunning, and leaves a lasting impression.

You Will

• Work closely with customers to outline and structure their presentations, taking advantage of the power of interactivity to condense lengthy legacy presentations
• Source imagery/media for presentations from both free and paid media sites
• Create graphics for presentations
• Work with the Customer Success team to collect and track projects to completion
• Produce sample presentations and templates to be used in the Ingage Marketplace
• Provide training and design feedback to customers to improve their existing Ingage presentations
• Use client assets, website, and existing sales and marketing materials to produce interactive presentations with Ingage.

Requirements

• Portfolio of recent work
• Able to quickly understand customer content and assess the best use within a sales presentation
• Expert time management to complete multiple concurrent projects
• Clear communication skills - Slack, Zoom and Email
• Ability to present work to customers and articulate the value of good design
• Organized and self directed in your day-to-day work
• Solid graphic design skills - typography and layout - our customers come to us to make them look good
• Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Sketch
• Ability to extract assets from existing presentations made in PowerPoint, Keynote and PDFs
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and personalities both within and outside the organization
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, taking initiative and managing tasks independently
• Proficiency in giving and receiving feedback constructively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Willingness and capability to undertake necessary actions to accomplish tasks and achieve desired outcomes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to coordinate across teams
• Flexibility and comfort in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business needs

Preferred

• Experience designing interactive experiences for mobile / web
• Video editing skills
• Knowledge of the Home Services Industry
• Customer Success or Customer Service experience

Location
Remote - For this position, the team member can work from our headquarters in Yardley, PA or their home office in the United States.
