Cox Enterprises is hiring a Digital Workplace Data Manager to join our team! As a Data Manager on the digital communications team, you are both business-oriented and technically savvy. You will develop both qualitative and quantitative measurement plans to track employee experience and engagement across our digital workplace. You will apply your expertise in data analysis to see beyond the numbers and extract key information that will deliver actionable and high-impact insights into an easily recognized narrative, enabling the digital communications team and partners to drive adoption and channel optimizations.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform strategic analysis of data across enterprise digital workplace and external channels.
  • Identify patterns and insights from data sets using various tools.
  • Develop measurement goals and KPIs in partnership with digital communication leads and business partners to understand maturity levels and trends and recommend new strategies.
  • Understand how to drive communication behaviors and consumption patterns for content on our internal communications channels.
  • Serve as the primary communicator regarding digital workplace insights. Be the storyteller to confidently explain data findings and easily translate recommendations into the business language.
  • Create collaboration and consensus with cross-divisional teams working to achieve enterprise-wide alignment on KPIs and adoption.
  • Show how digital workplace engagement impacts key goals around engagement and retention and impacts key business outcomes.
  • Develop surveys to capture sentiment analysis and employee feedback to enhance the employee experience on our digital channels.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the analytics needs of various departments, leaders, and teams are met.
  • Implement processes for operationalizing insights in partnership with the digital communications team and stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and 6 years experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in digital workplace data analysis or data science
  • Relevant experience with external website data analytics
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe, Microsoft Clarity, Tableau, and intranet reporting tools
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience partnering well with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization methods and tools
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems.
  • A keen eye for detail and the thoughtful investigation of data
  • Up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis


USD 97,100.00 - 161,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $97,100.00 - $161,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
