You will lead our dynamic team of product managers in shaping the future of our AI-powered machine health insights platform. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can merge technology with user needs to deliver outstanding products that meet our end users' critical demands. As the linchpin between our technology teams and our market, the you will ensure our products not only lead the industry in innovation but are also beloved by our users for their impact and usability.

A Day In Your Life

  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for our web and mobile application portfolios, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company’s vision, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring new features and products to market with a seamless user experience.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to guide product development and prioritization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business goals.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our solutions continuously evolve to meet the changing landscape of machine health monitoring.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are maintained.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring product decisions align with insights gleaned from analytics and user research.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a product management leadership role, with a track record of managing successful product teams.
  • Deep understanding of the product development process, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, and execution.
  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in industrial settings is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind, capable of making data-driven decisions and identifying innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
