We are seeking a talented Working Student People and Enablement Team – Onboarding to join our diverse and motivated People and Enablement Team and support our growth by delivering a world-class onboarding experience for all our new joiners around the globe. With your creativity, organizational talent, and energy, you can further develop and improve our processes and foster our company culture by planning internal remote activities and shaping the future of LeanIX with us.


Working Student People and Enablement Team – Onboarding (f/m/d)
Based in Bonn, Germany

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • Coordinate and support the onboarding program - schedule sessions, prepare internal communication with new joiners, team managers, buddies, and other stakeholders (e.g. presenters, office management, IT), and update the onboarding materials
  • Explore using digital tools like Zoom, MS Teams, Confluence, Lucid and our internal Learning Management System to create unique digital and connecting experiences
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development Specialist on LeanIX onboarding and other administrative tasks, with an opportunity to be included in other running learning and enablement initiatives
  • Support in setting up internal enablement and networking events by preparing invites, technical set up of virtual meetings, presentations
  • Support the integration of our LeanIX onboarding and internal (role-specific) enablement into the SAP internal learning ecosystem

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Motivated new team member interested in a career in People/Employee experience and studying in a related field (e.g. Psychology, Human Resources, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, etc.)
  • A highly empathic person with organizational talent who has the big picture in mind as well as all the small details that are necessary to make each project and event a success
  • Desire to work and learn in a complex and dynamic working environment
  • Passion for creating great people/employee experiences
  • Hands-on mentality, you don´t shy away from ownership
  • Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Video editing skills are a plus

What does your typical day look like?

There are days I’m conducting research or brainstorming ways to enhance our events. Other days I’m in the weeds coordinating logistics for conferences. I can be video chatting with my team in Germany or meeting with colleagues in our office to better understand how I can support company growth. Some days I am far from all this, attending an event.
