Design, build, optimize, and maintain Bevi’s Java and Kotlin backend platform for connected beverage machines. Develop APIs and telemetry services, manage cloud deployments, monitor system health, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve scalability and reliability. Collaborate with product and hardware teams, guide architecture, review code, promote testing practices, mentor engineers, manage third-party integrations, and participate in Agile/Scrum development.

Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Identify upgrade and expansion opportunities, build relationships with key contacts, provide product guidance, conduct regular customer check-ins, and maintain account and renewal data in Salesforce. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to resolve customer needs and support consultative selling and customer success initiatives.

Drive new business and expand Bevi’s customer base through prospecting, product demonstrations, relationship building, and full-cycle sales. Manage leads through closing, analyze markets and competitors, collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role serves offices, hotels, gyms, and other businesses, requiring local visits and travel within the assigned territory.

Hunt and close net-new B2B accounts with zero-to-small current footprint. Run high-volume outbound using Apollo and AI tools, manage pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with partners, attend field meetings (≈30% travel), and meet quota.

Build predictive models for churn, expansion, and look-alikes; run marketing mix and incrementality analyses; create leading indicators and cohort reporting; partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to translate analytics into actionable recommendations and inform data infrastructure needs.

Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, backlog, release cadence, and experimentation for Bevi’s connected beverage software platform. Partner with engineering, design, research, technicians, service partners, and internal teams to understand user needs, prioritize opportunities, define product requirements, and measure adoption. Shape APIs, permissions, data models, automation, and AI-powered capabilities while coordinating across software squads and conducting field visits and service ride-alongs.

Design, build, and own the full data platform (ingestion, modeling, CI/CD, orchestration, observability, and BI). Implement streaming and batch pipelines for IoT data, enable governed self-service, enforce data governance/privacy/security, evolve AI access patterns, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and data scientists to deliver production-ready analytics and ML capabilities.

Lead supplier qualification and onboarding, drive APQP/PPAP and PFMEA activities, perform audits, root-cause analysis (8D), and supplier corrective actions. Monitor supplier DPM/PPM, run SPC/MSA studies, publish quality KPIs, and collaborate with engineering and supply chain to improve supplier quality and readiness for production.

Owns day-to-day operations for Bevi’s experiential marketing program, including BeviMobile fleet scheduling, Tour Manager coordination, partner-event machine logistics, technician scheduling, permitting, inventory, and activation tracking. Manages five contractors, coordinates with Sales, Marketing Operations, vendors, and partners, resolves field issues, communicates schedules and status, and improves processes to scale the program nationally. The role is Boston-based with hybrid headquarters attendance and travel to activations as needed.

Partner with cross-functional teams to manage requirements, roadmaps, and SDLC for enterprise applications. Produce requirements, process diagrams, QA/UAT, perform system configuration/integrations, and deliver ERP/WMS/CRM improvements that boost efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with vendors, 3PLs, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Lead design and implementation of multi-board firmware and Android/embedded systems for electromechanical products. Own firmware architecture, board bring-up, diagnostics, tools for R&D and manufacturing, triage system issues, improve CI/CD and testing, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable production systems.

Define design vision, CMF standards, design systems, and end-to-end product experience. Partner with Product, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing to maintain design integrity from concept through production and scale the design function.

Lead GTM operations and analytics for Revenue leadership: run weekly and quarterly business cadences, build executive dashboards, evaluate GTM and marketing effectiveness, model scenarios, and drive cross-functional execution. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM Engineering to ensure data integrity, report performance, and mentor junior RevOps team members to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Own Salesforce data quality, reporting, commission and territory workflows, and help build a scalable deal desk and intake process. Partner across Sales, Finance, Marketing Ops, and GTM Engineering to automate workflows, maintain pipelines, and improve processes to reduce manual work and support reliable sales reporting and quota tracking.

Build and scale GTM technical infrastructure: embed with Sales & Marketing, design and ship AI-powered workflows, automate enrichment/routing/CRM capture, connect GTM stack, measure impact, and productionize solutions with Enterprise Applications.

Lead a small team to build and scale technical training, documentation, and a Help Center for partners and internal teams. Own LMS administration, authoring tools, NPI enablement, cross-functional cadence with Sales/Product/Engineering, and use AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
