Serves as a strategic and tactical HR liaison for business stakeholders. Responsibilities include employee relations, leave and accommodation management, organizational design, performance management, change management, talent strategy, workforce analytics, leadership coaching, interviews, training, and HR policy support. The role partners with People Team specialists to improve employee experience, mitigate compliance risks, and support organizational growth.

Design and scale repeatable pre-opening marketing systems for franchise launches. Create playbooks, assets, timelines, vendor relationships, training, and reporting. Coach franchisees on local marketing (PR, influencers, paid media, CRM, events), measure launch performance, and partner cross-functionally to improve awareness, bookings, and early revenue for new store openings.
