 A Day in The Life of Our Lead Response Rep:

  • The primary role of the Lead Response Rep is to react to our customer’s needs promptly and to give them a great experience when reaching out to Altium in any form
  • You will create opportunities by making outbound calls to prospects from inbound sources; prospects are new or current customers who have shown interest by downloading materials, completing online forms,  engaging in Drift, or attending a webinar. 
  • You’ll take action on all leads in Korea and operate the Drift platform for sales chats
  • Maintain a strict, disciplined process for every engagement of what you are asked and how you will follow up
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact to meet or exceed required daily sales activities
  • Maintain a 3x transparent pipeline in Salesforce
  • Excellent at analyzing sales data and applying it to drive the sales process
  • Willing to follow Altium sales methodologies and processes using our designed systems 
  • Can powerfully present the Value Proposition for Altium 365, our cloud-based platform, live or online, to engineering users, teams, and management
  • Exceeds given targets and can drive the potential of the market
  • Maintain all Salesforce process requirements
  • Can master the Altium product line and technologies to be able to talk about them fluently to technical audiences
  • Maintains awareness of our competitor’s products and industry landscape

  • You are Customer First - You believe the customer deserves a world-class experience with Altium and you will deliver it. Whether it’s quick replies in Drift, a response to EULA violations, or any other campaign lead, as LRR, you react swiftly to move the deal ahead.
