What we're looking for:
Our team is growing rapidly, and we need a talented, dedicated manager to help drive our continued success and lead our Implementation Project Management Team. The Manager is responsible for the rollout of Iodine's offerings to customers. The Manager is a tech-savvy, resourceful leader with the ability to make quick connections and foster customer relationships at all levels of an organization, from executives to end-users. What you'll do:

• Lead and manage the Iodine Implementation Project Management Team and furnish them with resources, tools, and uniform processes to be successful
• Forecast, plan, report, and manage the team's portfolio of projects to ensure accurate and timely projected revenue.
• Become well versed in the Iodine implementation milestones and their dependencies required for deployment of Iodine solutions.
• Oversee implementations across Iodine's Customer base.
• Manage prioritization, escalation, and resolution of issues across implementations.
• Define, implement, and manage implementation project management processes and procedures, with a focus on scaling and driving efficiency.
• Partner with the Customer Experience Team to ensure project management practices are aligned with long-term strategy.
• Provide project management expertise across team projects for new and existing customer projects.
• Deploy implementation project management resources to projects based on skill and expertise.
• Track team effort and make data-driven decisions
• Develop customer facing documentation and educate internal teams on implementation project management processes.
• Collaborate cross functionally to continuously improve the offering and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Iodine and always conduct business with a high level of professionalism, competencies, and ethics.

What we'd love to see:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of Project Management experience in a SaaS Professional Services capacity working directly with customers and partners in the healthcare field.
• 3-5 years previous experience in a management role.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team.
• PMP Certification
• Deep industry knowledge of Healthcare Software Implementations
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence, Gainsight, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar platforms
• Passion for healthcare and technology
• High emotional intelligence and relationship skills, and an ability to read and adapt to ever evolving environments
