We’re looking for a Bangalore based Talent Attraction Manager to lead, train, and mentor a team of technical recruiters in our APAC region; systematize our local processes and ensure compliance with our data collection methods, including use of our ATS (Lever); uplevel our TA best practices; manage stakeholder communications with analytics backed recommendations; make day-to-day data based tactical decisions; and help Talent Leadership strategize the continued evolution of the APAC and Indian markets. 


The Talent Attraction Manager will report directly to the Sr. Director of Talent Attraction for AMER and APAC. Working closely with functional leaders and their respective Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers, this person will manage the day-to-day of all recruiting activity in the region while also handling their own cadre of requisitions. They will also report progress updates out to stakeholders and TA Leadership on a cadenced schedule.


Responsibilities:

-Manage the day-to-day activity of a team of 6 recruiters and staff between India and JAPAC while managing your own requisitions.

-Update TA and Functional leaders (and their organizations, as appropriate) on a weekly basis relative to requisition progress and aggregated performance statistics.

-Provide insights and recommendations to improve the time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

-Ensure data accuracy and integrity by driving continuous and consistent use of ATS (Lever) for all TA related candidate/requisition activities.

-Provide mentorship, guidance, and development to team members with a keen eye on promotion of high performers and performance management of others, as needed.

-Leverage data to tell stories and manage expectations with team members and stakeholders.

-Partner with the Employer Brand team to tell our Bangalore office story by helping to curate employee videos and testimonials, as well as maintaining a consistent presence on sites like Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, and the like.

-Drive and promote continuous evolution of sourcing strategies and ensure that a variety of tools are utilized by the team.

-Serve as a connector of resources for all groups in the Bangalore office.


Requirements:

-5+ years of recruiting management experience of a team of at least 5 recruiters.

-Experience managing remote based employees or recruiters in other locations required.

-Experience in formal report generation and processing metrics via ATS systems (Lever preferred).

-At least 5 years of past experience as a line level technical recruiter.

-Broad experience managing up to or exceeding 100 technical requisitions (product development, information security, software quality assurance, etc) for a recruiting team and delegating work to team members as appropriate. 

-Expertise handling and consulting with multiple technical stakeholders (often, all the way to the C-level and often based in different time zones) and communicating with them on a regular cadence focused on finding solutions.

-Expertise driving consultative solutions using data as a tool to drive change.

-Flexibility, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to thrive during periods of growth and/or change.
