The Junior Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing engaging content across multiple channels, contributing to regional and sector-specific marketing strategies, and playing a key role in customer retention and acquisition. Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Junior Communications Specialist to join our team in Europe. This role is crucial for driving sales revenue and supporting our strategic priorities through the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns across various regions and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities, using this knowledge to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Serve as a marketing subject matter expert, supporting sales, marketing, and product stakeholders through the development and execution of go-to-market programs.
- Support sales enablement functions, including workshops, industry events, account planning, ABM, demand generation programs, product training, and messaging/collateral development.
- Drive investment of marketing resources towards areas of highest priority, including research, tools, market segments, geographies, and marketing tactics.
- Produce segmentation, targeting, and positioning reports, and assess and recommend segment-to-channel mapping and prioritization for target accounts.
- Responsible for producing content for the company's website, blog, magazine, Tranzact platform, social media, and other channels.
- Engage closely with sales teams to ensure campaign adoption, generate leads, and drive sales.
- Manage marketing budgets, tracking and reporting on campaign success and progression.
