Für den weiteren Ausbau unseres Engineered Materials Laborteams am Standort Krefeld suchen wir eine(n)
Prüfingenieur (m/w/d) - Bereich Kunststofftechnik
RESPONSIBILITIES

Durchführung (inkl. Verwaltung & Planung) von Prüfungen aus dem Bereich Mechanical Properties & Creep Testing
Technischer Ansprechpartner für spezifische Prüfungen, inklusive Kundenbetreuung/-beratung von Anfang bis Ende der Projekte
Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen die Gewährleistung der termingerechten Einhaltung festgelegter Prüftermine sowie die Überprüfung der technischen Durchführbarkeit sowie der ordnungsgemäßen Umsetzung der Prüfungen - hierbei reagieren Sie flexibel und lösungsorientiert
Erstellung und Auswertung von Prüfergebnissen inkl. Darstellung bei in-/externen Partern/Kunden
Mitarbeit an internen und externen Qualitätsaudits
Überprüfung und Erstellung von Prüfanweisungen, Betriebsanweisungen, SOPs, Bedienungsanleitungen
Mitwirkung an Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Betriebsablaufs (SixSigma/5S)
Prüfung und Bestellung von Angeboten
Teilnahme an wissenschaftlichen Kolloquien / Kooperation mit externen Partnern (Lehrstühlen / Instituten)
Verifizierung und Validierung neuer Verfahren/Normen

QUALIFICATIONS

Abgeschlossenes Studium Werkstoffkunde/Materialwissenschaften/etc. (Bachelor/Master)
Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Creep Testing/Mechanical Properties (von Vorteil) - gerne aus dem wissenschaftlichen Bereich/Umfeld (z.B. Lehrstuhl / Institut)
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Gewährleistung einer hohen Qualität und eines außergewöhnlichen Kundenservices
Kompetenz zur erfolgreichen Kooperation mit internen /externen Partnern
Teamfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

401(K)
