What You'll Do

Subpar in-car UI got you down? Now you can finally do something about it!  Epic is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to work on a variety of projects ranging from internal HMI product development to collaborative dashboard projects with the largest automotive manufacturers in the world. Your work will have the potential to inspire automotive manufacturers and to impact millions of consumers around the world. The mobility industry is undergoing a revolution and we want you to be a part of it!

In this role, you will

  • Own all UI & UX for automotive use cases
  • Create innovative and inspirational UI designs
  • Articulate your vision using flowcharts and wireframes, and break down feature/wireframes into necessary widgets, structures, and classes
  • Author your own art assets, menus, HUD elements, graphic design, logos, iconography systems, and motion graphics
  • Work closely with design, tech art, audio and programming to create production quality UI and graphic design elements
  • Occasionally manage external UI & UX vendors

What we're looking for

  • Track record of creating jaw-dropping UI & UX designs
  • UI & UX design experience in automotive, or relevant experience in movies or games
  • Strong artistic abilities across iconography, motion graphics and graphic design
  • Skilled at prototyping with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
  • Passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative. These traits equal success at Epic and influence everything we do
  • Portfolio needed

This role is open to multiple locations in North America (including CA & WA).

Pay Transparency Information

The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).

$134,876$197,817 USD

Washington Base Pay Range

$134,876$197,817 USD
