Title: Senior Project Manager, Ad Design
Job Type: Full-time, In-Office Hybrid Required
Job Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range: $65,000.00- $85,000.00 OTE
Role Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our Ad Design team. You'll work closely with our Sr. Director, Ad Design to ensure our team of designers deliver quality work within our guidelines. As mission control, you'll field incoming tickets for upcoming advertising campaigns,, support the planning and execution of innovation projects, and be a bridge between creative, product, and engineering teams.
What You'll Do:

  • Delegate incoming tickets to global team of ad designers based on experience, region, and bandwidth
  • Ensure tickets meet our budget guidelines
  • Communicate with Client Services managers about additional assets or direction that is needed for the creative campaign
  • Create and delegate new tickets for proactive creative requests such as decks for exec presentations and innovation tasks
  • Track & report turnaround time exceptions on a quarterly basis
  • Track & report on budget exceptions on a quarterly basis
  • Track & report on team workload and allocate resources appropriately
  • Support with proactive headcount planning based on amount of incoming campaigns
  • Support team documentation & resources
    • Ensure that team knowledge hub is up to date
    • Gather important creative details about new product launches like specs, best practices, etc
  • Support with detailed project plans (project scopes, objectives, deliverables and timelines, etc)
  • Take clear and thorough notes during weekly Ad Design team meetings
  • Manage our creative repositories of previous work created by designers
  • Support the organization and planning of team trainings for new products
  • Act as a bridge between team and stakeholders, providing regular updates to streamline communication
  • Support bi-quarterly innovation workshops including the planning leading up to it, and the execution of creative concepts
  • Source previous creative demos or tickets for marketing materials
  • Identifying designers to join client calls, based on availability, seniority, and experience
  • Organize current resources, make them easily accessible to the team
  • Help to ensure team knowledge hub is up to date
  • Manage approved creatives repository for marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams on dynamic product ads campaigns across the web and social platforms
  • Provide recommendations on workflow improvements and support implementation
  • Send out recordings of trainings and materials after team meetings


Who You Are:

  • Experience: 5+ years as a project manager or producer in an agency, creative studio or other fast-paced creative environment.
  • Detail-oriented: You live to organize, obsess over details, troubleshoot, problem solve as a habit, rally a team with your love of hitting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Flexibility: You can roll with the pivots, reprioritize as new projects enter the pipeline, and set expectations clearly and proactively.
  • Leadership: Proven history of spearheading complex projects with multiple stages and tight deadlines.
  • People skills: You'll be liaising with stakeholders and creatives across the organization
