Step into the dynamic world of Vistaprint as a Sr. Lean Engineer. Here, we don't just improve production processes; we innovate and redefine them.

You are responsible for the equipment's optimal operation and you offer technical support when selecting new equipment and for the maintenance of the machines.

  • Drive advanced innovation : Take advantage of the energetic and lively environment to develop and precisely execute innovative ideas. • Lead amidst dynamics : Recognize the challenges that come with a rapidly evolving landscape. Transform these challenges into opportunities for growth, both on a personal and technical front.
  • Champion strategic initiatives : At Vistaprint, we value foresight. Whether it's the introduction of a cutting-edge machine or the overhaul of an existing process, you'll take the lead, guiding projects from start to finish.

  • Lead, collaborate, and inspire : As a senior figure, your role extends beyond tasks. Motivate others, align departments with our vision, and be a guiding expert.

" In the 9 months working at Vistaprint, the dynamic and energetic workplace promised to me as a Manufacturing Engineer has exceeded expectations. The organization's drive for change and innovation motivates me daily. Initially, the dynamic nature was overwhelming, but it led to significant personal and technical growth.
Vistaprint values idea contributions and offers a diverse work environment where no two days are alike. I appreciate the autonomy in my role, allowing me to lead projects from conception to completion.
What attracts me as an Engineer is the blend of diverse production processes and technologies, combined with the traits of an E-commerce company. The advanced automation, digitalization, and 'Smart Factory' principles are evident. Walking on the shop floor excites me, especially with the frequent introduction of new technologies and processes, making it an Engineer's paradise. "

An Insider's view of Vista

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

My commute used to be three hours every day. Then the pandemic hit, and I realized that working from home allows me to take my kids to school every day, and and to go for a run in the afternoon between meetings... Strangely enough in this time of crisis, my quality of life improved so much that I realized I never want to go back to an office again.

Lukas Vermeer

Director of Experimentation

What projects are you most excited about?

Vista is building an awesome new website using world class microservices architecture, working on many innovative and challenging projects and building a variety of data products. We are a very agile company and work in teams of data product owners, data scientists and data engineers. We are consistently improving ourselves and data products.

Dorina Alimadhi

Lead Data Engineer

How does the company support your career growth?

I have recently taken up a new role in Brand Activations, having worked in Marketing for two years at Vista. Remote-first removed so much pressure from the process. Asynchronous and remote work has also helped me remain in work while having a baby. Without remote-first, I would have felt more pressure to leave work to be the primary caregiver.

Stephanie Tzortzis

Program Manager, Brand Activations

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

Our team does quite a lot of work asynchronously so that, when we come together, it's to talk about more complex topics or have a weekly catch up, instead of a daily one. We talk about key issues we're working on so that we can align and keep the team operating efficiently.

Fran Maitland

HR Director

What is your vision for the company?

My vision as CDO is to transform Vista into one the world’s most iconic DnA-driven companies. We want all of Vistaprint to think of data like water: easily accessible, inexpensive and vital to our wellbeing. To turn this into a reality, we need to significantly grow our team massively over the next year.

Sebastian Klapdor

Chief Data Officer
