As the Sr. Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Partner Operations, Flywheel Product, and HR. You will report to the Director of Sales GTM Planning.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Play a key role in annual planning for sales, alongside your counterparts in FP&A, Customer Success and Sales Operations to ensure our annual plan for sales HC, MRR, and productivity drivers is aligned to our long term growth strategy
  • Manage strategic projects for the HubSpot Sales Organization on topics related to demand planning, sales productivity improvement, organizational design and annual sales planning
  • Be a key strategy & operations business partner to the Global Sales Leadership team (sales department)
  • Leverage your analytical aptitude to effectively understand problems and opportunities, and translate that into solutions.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and clearly to an executive audience. You’ll have high visibility and exposure to HubSpot’s executive team in this role.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment, can work autonomously and pivot quickly to changing business needs
  • Can take an ambiguous problem and make sense of it to translate processes and requirements as well as propose a path forward.
  • Has hands-on experience across data and reporting, or other analytical backgrounds, to inform program and strategy work
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, and proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile
  • Excited by customer-centricity and HubSpot’s mission of helping millions of organizations grow better.
