PMG is seeking an AdOps Senior Associate to join our growing AdOps team!  At the heart of what PMG does, our AdOps team is responsible for working with our centralized ad server, Google Campaign Manager, in trafficking digital media campaigns for our clients across video, display, and audio channels.  The AdOps Associate will review, test, and QA creative assets to ensure media meets proper specs and modify when necessary.  

Responsibilities

  • Traffic and flight client digital media campaigns flawlessly in our centralized ad server, CM360 (Google Campaign Manager)
  • Ensure proper QA of campaign assets (tags, creatives), campaign setup (targeting)
  • Basic troubleshooting capabilities in ad serving issues or discrepancies with both internal and external stakeholders. This can include troubleshooting in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Capability to review, test, and QA creative assets across static JPG, HTML5, MP4, MOV, MP3, custom code creative and rich media. Ensure assets meet proper specs and modify specs, when necessary, in CM360.
  • Manage cost rates and rate types in CM360.
  • Manage ongoing campaigns, placement, and creative updates/changes as they occur.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of platform trafficking experience in CM360, Google Ads, or relevant ad server platforms.
  • Willingness to be proactive in cross-collaborating with the internal teams for gaining solutions and opportunities for improvements.
  • Inquiring mind with the ability to recognize inefficiencies and challenge existing processes.
  • Highly adaptable with excellent organizational, management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, scheduling, and priority
  • Must be a strong team player, who is capable of making contributions with little supervision
  • Interest in and basic understanding of the programmatic media landscape
  • Strong interest in digital media and advertising technology
