The Team:
The Revenue Department is critical to the overall growth of Enfusion. Spread across five verticals, including Operations, New Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, and Partnerships, Enfusion Revenue is instrumental in broadening our existing footprint by delivering on strategic business initiatives.
The Role:
Enfusion is seeking an addition to its Global Channel & Alliance Partners (GCAP) team. This critical role is focused on assisting the APAC Head of Partnership & Alliances on daily tasks of running the strategic relationships and partnerships across the region to drive business growth for Enfusion across all types of asset managers. Responsibilities include developing awareness, education, lead generation, and revenue through our various partner channels. Current channel partners include but are not limited to: prime brokers, fund administrators, consultants, buy-side service providers, outsourced trading desks, and outsourced COO firms.
Candidates will ideally have significant experience building out similar relationships in these areas, while also defining and pursuing additional relationships to widen our distribution.
The ideal candidate will be coming from the buy side ecosystems.
What You’ll Do:
- Understand the competitive landscape and key differentiators of the Enfusion platform across the multiple lines of businesses Enfusion caters to.
- Continuously evolve domain expertise with respect to all current developments and enhancements to the Enfusion platform (SaaS and Managed Services)
- Evaluate customers and prepare and deliver high quality, ‘solution-led’ demonstrations and conversations to business and technical stakeholders from prospective firms.
- Display strong technical acumen with an ability to confer with customers and assess their requirements
- Build trusted relationships with key partners through demonstrating the benefits and value proposition of the Enfusion platform, while working closely with internal teams including Sales, Solutions Engineering team, Client services and onboarding team etc
- Helping in partner content-generated events
What You’ll Need:
- 4-5 years years experience working for service providers, software providers, or market data providers to the asset management industry
- A willing-to-learn, curious and adaptable mindset to understand different categories of partners, and willingness to focus on the execution and foundational work to move project along
- Direct experience in business development and/or sales function is preferred
- Knowledge of the service provider eco-system for asset managers including hedge funds, institutional asset managers, and family offices
- Experience in relationship/account management
- Ability to navigate large customer organizations to identify key stakeholders
- Customer service focus, with the goal of building and maintaining brand reputation
- Ability to serve as a brand representative in facilitating business between our external partners and mutual clients
- Experience developing, implementing, and hosting client and prospective client events that enable the achievement of revenue objectives
