The opportunity

As a Blog Manager at Unity, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Create Marketing team's blog, ensuring seamless content publication, implementing cross-functional processes, and driving migration to a new CMS platform.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the blog content pipeline, establishing streamlined processes and securing approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine editorial calendars aligned with go-to-market strategies.
• Publish and support content on Drupal CMS, coaching teams through migration to Sanity CMS.
• Coordinate with social media and communications teams to amplify blog content impact.
• Curate thematic reading lists for the blog's front page, aligned with campaign themes.

What we're looking for

• Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to navigate complex environments.
• Proficient in CMS platforms like Drupal and experienced in web content publishing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on driving projects to completion.

You might also have

• Previous experience setting up a self-serve dashboard for blog performance measurement and metrics using available measurement tools (Amplitude, Looker), and creating materials to help marketing.
