The Experts Partnerships team provides support and coaching to all agents and Team Leads participating in the StreetEasy Experts program. Their focus includes improving partner performance while maintaining partner program policy and sharing standard processes and advice on how to optimize success as a StreetEasy Expert.

About the role

A core focus of Zillow Group and StreetEasy is improving the home shopping experience to help more home shoppers get into their next home. Our strategy centers on building great products that enable the home shopping experience and partnering with the best real estate professionals who drive the home shopping experience.

To achieve the objective of partnering with the best real estate professionals, we are looking for an account management professional to support our StreetEasy Experts partners in the NYC market.

As a Business Advisor, Experts Partnerships, you will handle the onboarding of all new agents into the program and be assigned a book of Individual Contributors in the Experts program. Your challenge is to ensure that they are set up for success and expectations are clear. You will then consult your book of clients on an ongoing basis and develop behavioral and operational strategies to improve performance (i.e. optimizing the conversion of leads into successful transactions). As a Business Advisor, you will:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for StreetEasy/Zillow Group, representing the best interests of the company, industry partners, and consumers.
  • Conduct regular video meetings and calls (Strategic Business Reviews) to coach on lead conversion strategies, establish rapport, and drive adoption of StreetEasy services.
  • Travel in-market to conduct consultations with partners in person, at least three times per quarter.
  • Mentor, coach, and hold our partners accountable to lead conversion best practices and program standards.
  • Identify at-risk clients and adhere to the standard methodologies for improved performance.
  • Onboard new partners to your book and effectively set them up for success.
  • Be an authority in both StreetEasy products/services and local market trends.
  • Continuously identify and recommend opportunities for improved efficiency within your responsibilities and the Experts program.
  • Use StreetEasy admin and data tools to run and supervise your business.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $75,500.00 - $120,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of sales, account management, customer success, or relationship/partner management experience
  • Experience handling a book of business and consulting business owners to deliver ROI
  • You possess strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
  • Upbeat, strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive "can-do" demeanor
  • Focused, reliable, and responsible self-starter who can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills
  • MUST be within a commutable distance to NYC
