Your Role and Responsibilities

A Customer Success Manager, Architect opportunity in IBM might differ from what you're used to. In addition to the people and commercial skills often associated with this position, an IBM Customer Success Manger (CSM) is also an Architect. Someone with a deep understanding of technical complexities. A person who can quickly understand clients' hard-to-understand technology issues and communicate them back in an easy-to-understand way.

With deep roots in a hands-on technological background, and through different communication techniques, you can showcase IBM solutions. You'll use excellent communication to articulate their compatibilities with a client's stack via use-case identification, solution architecture design, and OpenShift expertise to help define a client's hybrid cloud architecture.

With technical expertise and a consultative style, you'll quickly build credibility as a trusted advisor at all levels. To drive expansion and renewal growth, you'll guide IT executives through the changes needed to realize the full value of expanding their adoption of IBM's products.

CSMs help customers achieve their business outcomes through architecture design, deployment, usage, and growth of the IBM Software offerings. In addition to people and commercial skills often associated with this position, an IBM CSM is also an architect. The CSM Architect should have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the Business Automation portfolio - from initial architecture to implementation and deployment and should be a person who can quickly understand our client's challenging technology issues and communicate them back in an easy-to-understand way.

With deep roots in a hands-on technological background, and through a variety of communication channels, CSMs are expected to showcase IBM's solutions whilst clearly articulating our technology compatibilities with a client's stack via use-case identification, solution architecture design, and MVP builds.

Using technical expertise and consultative style, CSM Architects quickly build credibility as a trusted advisor at all levels. Decision Management Solutions (IBM Operational Decision Management (ODM), FICO, PegaSystems, Drools, BAMOE).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Experience in developing solutions on hyper scalers such as Azure, AWS, GCP.

Content Services & Records Management (IBM FileNet, Box, Microsoft SharePoint, OpenText Extended ECM or Documentum, Hyland OnBase, Nuxeo Insight, etc).

Document Processing / Capture (IBM Datacap, Kofax Capture, Amazon Textract, ABBY FlexiCapture).

Business Process Management Solutions (IBM Workflow, PegaSystems, Appian, etc.).

Business Process Mining (IBM Process Mining / myInvenio).

Business Process Mining (IBM Process Mining / myInvenio).

RPA Solutions (IBM RPA / WDG, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Blue Prism, etc.).

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year. This position was posted on the date cited in the key job details section and is anticipated to remain posted for 21 days from this date or less if not needed to fill the role. This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM Reference Salary that is used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan. Your actual base pay plus incentive opportunity will be determined by the Incentive Plan assigned to you. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable law.
