Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and executing marketing deliverables, including digital marketing initiatives to assist with the day-to day tasks of our product launches and campaigns. This role collaborates with the Marketing Manager to develop and communicate key stories to all points of touch with B2B consumers. This includes campaign support and execution, collateral creation, and tradeshow support.

This role includes driving the digital experience for our B2B customers, from SEO to content syndication to digital content in our owned channels. As part of a highly collaborative team of experts, you will participate in optimization of product pages across partner websites, manage our content syndication partner feed, drive content updates to our website, and create digital promotions. You'll be working closely with the Channel Marketing team, Digital Marketing Team, the Innovation Creative Group, Product Management, Sales teams and others to ensure that all objectives for the quality of the digital journey is excellent.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Support launch with collateral projects for assigned product lines including writing creative briefs, managing creative development from content review through completion, and ensure all assets are maintained throughout the duration of the campaign.
  • Drive proactive and consistent communication about launch collateral with internal and external teams
  • Review content from a marketing perspective to ensure communication hierarchy and product information are accurate and all related materials uphold brand standards.
  • Assist process for auditing and optimizing online content for America's B2B partner dotcoms to continue producing best-in-class product listings
  • Leverage analytics to guide digital-related strategies and optimize online brand positioning to drive engagement and purchase conversion.
  • Propose ideas for how to enhance and evolve quality of product and brand information via imagery, copy, and great user experiences to improve sell-through, create brand awareness and affinity, and increase customer traffic/engagement.
  • Coordinate business to business product content marketing for Belkin.com - including product page and evergreen content throughout the B2B channel
  • Regularly explore current online marketing trends and conduct frequent competitor analysis to ensure optimal online on-brand experiences.
  • Regulate marketing content syndication programs, content distribution processes and syndication enhancements and reporting. Oversee digital content briefs to update dotcom content related to strategic initiatives.
  • Support social media content strategy for B2B social channels
  • Ensure digital-project deadlines and updates are communicated to cross-functional teams in Americas region.
  • Oversee digital-focused projects and initiatives for the organization working with applicable cross functional teams (e.g. Developers, Designers, Writers, industrial designers etc.)
  • Bring new product introductions (NPIs) to market in the digital space, leading digital-content publishing and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing Managers, Sales, PR, Legal, etc.) to ensure alignment to brand positioning, accuracy of copy, specifications, product inventory etc. for all materials produced.
  • Support tradeshow planning and execution ensuring a strong presence at events
  • Collaborate with Global Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Regional Product Management to ensure alignment in strategy and accuracy of copy, specifications, etc. for all materials produced.
  • Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends and regularly informing team of noteworthy news items and opportunities.
  • Responsible for all internal project management (or, if applicable, vendor management) including coordination of budget and timelines, as well as obtaining budget, content and legal approvals through the internal system.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
  • 0-2 years previous experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience creating marketing collateral including digital content management systems, product specification sheets or catalogs, sales tools, interactive content, and merchandising.
  • Direct experience with B2B is a strong plus.
  • Extremely detailed orientated with exceptional proofing and reviewing skills. Ability to pitch in and write marketing copy as needed.
  • Excellent organization and project management capabilities with an ability to juggle multiple projects at once, keeping programs on schedule, while maintaining the highest quality for marketing deliverables.
  • Customer orientation and team player attitude; exhibits strong collaboration and partnering skills.

Range for this position:

$50,000 - $65,000
