Job Description:

Join the hybrid-remote team of Data Acquisition professionals supporting the timely collection of public record data from data suppliers across the US. The individual selected for this role will join a team that supports knowledge and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verbal and written communication with existing and new data providers
  • Ensure the timely pursuit and procurement of public-record data from our various data suppliers throughout the U.S., via proactive, timely, and cadence-driven communication (via e-mail and phone).
  • Continuous updating of scheduling and reporting tools used internally and by our users.
  • Coordinate with other data acquisition team members, production, and quality teams as needed.
  • Support on-time product and data delivery to internal and external customers.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • High level of customer-focus and customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer software skills for exporting, querying, and analyzing data.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Highly organized.
  • Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access), Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on commitments and deadlines while being team oriented.
  • High school diploma required (College degree preferred).
  • Experience with real estate, tax servicing, or assessment data preferred.
