Key Responsibilities of the Data Reconciliation Analyst:

  • Analysis and reconciliation across data sets to confirm data is complete, accurate, and consistent
  • Work with business areas to support the capture of exams/study information as well as patient access.
  • Partner with colleagues within functional areas to support and address patient access as well exam information
  • Partnership with different departments including Development, Center Directors and vendors to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Responsible for responding quickly to requests for data analysis.
  • Provide business with subject matter expertise on integration workflow between various partners
  • Provide support in formatting and reviewing weekly reports to stakeholders.
  • Observe and recommend automation opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications for the Data Reconciliation Analyst:

  • Two years' relevant work experience in working with large data sets and advanced Excel data
  • One year of experience in radiology systems preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, XLS, Word) and MS SQL is preferred.
  • Advanced data analytical skills using Microsoft Excel tools working with large data sets
  • Experience with healthcare compliance, including data analysis and reporting highly preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with others
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Capable of working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust workload as business needs require
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Documentation and technical writing skills
