As a Senior Data Analyst specializing in Environmental Sustainability, you will play a crucial role in our Enterprise Project Management Office's (EPMO) Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) vertical. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with extensive experience in data analysis, particularly in the context of environmental data and sustainability practices. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of data strategies, analyze environmental metrics, and provide actionable insights to support our commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
What You'll Do
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Integration:
- Design and implement robust systems for collecting environmental data, including emissions, energy consumption, and relevant sustainability metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of data from diverse sources.
- Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Develop predictive models to assess environmental impact and identify areas for improvement in sustainability practices.
- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create informative and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Present data-driven recommendations for improving ESG performance and reducing environmental impact.
- Data Integrity Check, Quality Assurance, and Remediation:
- Implement proactive measures to identify and address data quality issues, ensuring the reliability of environmental datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data remediationstrategies and improve data consistency.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, environmental science, statistics, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on environmental data and sustainability.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting standards, carbon accounting, and emission reduction strategies.
- Certification in data analytics or sustainability-related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and data analytics tools.

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
