As the Director of Commerce Media, you will be responsible for driving the future of Koddi’s omnichannel vision for commerce media. As an expert in omnichannel media execution for commerce media (offsite display/video and social as priorities), you will partner with our Product and Engineering teams to build the right solutions for self-service omnichannel execution. You will also partner with our Customer Strategy and Program Management teams to work with our publisher partners to get them on board with new channels. 

What you will do

  • Design innovative offsite and on-premises channel solutions tailored for our commerce media publishers.
  • Deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance publisher engagement, drive revenue growth, and differentiate us as an industry leader.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to drive strategic decision-making, resulting in increased audience engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive audience segmentation and persona development to tailor experiences, resulting in higher levels of audience satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Utilize extensive experience and expertise in programmatic advertising to drive effective audience targeting and campaign optimization across multiple channels.
  • Develop and execute omnichannel strategies that align closely with business objectives and audience needs, resulting in accelerated business growth and market differentiation.
  • Implement best practices for omni-channel marketing, ensuring consistency and relevance throughout the customer journey.
  • Continuously optimize audience experiences through A/B testing, personalization strategies, and UX/UI enhancements.
  • Implement innovative technologies and tools to enhance engagement and drive conversion, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Identify and address pain points in the customer journey, resulting in improved overall satisfaction scores, increased customer loyalty, and higher rates of repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain alignment and support for audience experience initiatives, resulting in streamlined processes, faster time to market, and increased organizational efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations based on audience insights and industry best practices.

What skills and experience you bring

  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in omnichannel marketing, audience experience, or related field
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, journey mapping, and persona development.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable results and achieving business objectives.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • You can establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders
  • You can work independently, execute professionally and collaborate with others
  • You can develop and lead projects independently as well as in collaborate with other members of the organization
  • Capable of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines while being adaptable to the changing needs of the business
  • Knowledge and appreciation of the advances in digital marketing
  • Comfortable with and/or have experience in a startup environment
  • You have an approachable demeanor
  • You have high energy, enthusiasm, and initiative
