The Role
Reorg’s Information Security and Technology Organization is seeking a strategic-minded Director of Enterprise Systems to lead the management, integration and optimization of our suite of SaaS solutions across various departments including our People Team, Sales, Legal, Finance, and more. This pivotal role involves working with the business leaders on the selection, implementation, integration, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise systems to drive operational efficiency, data integrity, and business performance. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of hands-on technical expertise, project management skills, and business acumen to streamline processes and empower our global workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the strategic roadmap for enterprise systems, aligning with organizational goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for system optimization.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and best practices in SaaS solutions.
- System Implementation and Optimization:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of SaaS solutions across various departments.
- Ensure seamless deployment and adoption of new systems, driving user training and change management initiatives.
- Continuously assess and optimize system configurations to enhance functionality, usability, and performance.
- Data Governance and Security:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Standardize, normalize, and harmonize data format and structure across diverse enterprise systems and maintain a taxonomy of enterprise data.
- Collaborate with Information Security teams to ensure the security and confidentiality of enterprise systems and data.
- Vendor Management:
- Co-manage relationships with SaaS vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as necessary to drive resolution and maintain service continuity.
- System Administration and Support:
- Provide leadership and direction to system administrators responsible for day-to-day operations and support.
- Oversee system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident response processes to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Support firmwide as well as department-specific KPI reporting needs. Owning the entire analytics stack for our corporate functions which includes data currently stored in Excel sheets, SaaS applications, and siloed databases by designing and developing data pipelines necessary to bring required data in a centralized data warehouse so that reporting can be automated.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate system metrics and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading the selection, implementation, and optimization of SaaS solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of enterprise systems such as HRIS, ERP, CRM, LegalTech, etc., and their integration capabilities.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience with business process automation technology such as Appian and/or experience in integrating SaaS products through API(s).
- Proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Understanding of data pipeline products (such as Fivetran, Workato, Boomi, AWS App Flow) and custom data pipelines (such as AWS Managed Airflow, AWS Glue etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is $170,000-$200,000.
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
