The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic-minded Director of GTM Product Marketing to lead our outbound marketing efforts and drive the success of our product lines. This role is crucial in shaping our market positioning, messaging strategies, and outbound marketing initiatives to ensure maximum visibility, adoption, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:  Develop comprehensive outbound product marketing strategies aligned with overall company objectives. Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and key differentiators to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:  Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Messaging and Positioning:  Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences. Translate technical features into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Content Development:  Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including website content, product demos, webinars, sales enablement materials, presentations, and whitepapers, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Campaign Management:  Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive leads, trials, and paid customers including digital advertising, email marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Market Intelligence:  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Team Leadership:  Manage and mentor a team of outbound product marketing managers and specialists. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with the Inbound Product Marketing team, Market Research, our in-house creative team, Product Management, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to gather feedback, align messaging, and refine strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.  Enable our customer-facing teams to help improve sales efficiency through impactful enablement programs that support all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Performance Tracking:  Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of outbound marketing initiatives. Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies for maximum impact.

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on GTM and marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B, B2SMB, and / or B2C SAAS products.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a track record of crafting impactful messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data to drive decision-making.
  • Preferred:  Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors in the consumer healthtech industry.

Base Compensation Range

$180,000 - $210,000 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
