We are looking for our next Director of Innovation & Analytics supporting the USO Commercial Support Team, in Fort Worth, TX. As a Director of Innovation & Analytics you will be responsible leading a diverse team of people leaders who provide Thought Leadership, Data Enablement, and Advanced Analytics Solutions together with implementation strategy and delivery across the US commercial business. This role has significant levels of responsibility and accountability for aligning program and innovation strategy to ensure delivery on commercial outcomes. This role is responsible for the overall direction of multiple critical functions including Data & Analytics, Operations Quality/Compliance, Training, Change Management, SAP User support, and Fleet Management

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Lead organization of 15-20 internal associates and 30-40 external service providers
  • Collaborate closely with IT on infrastructure and architecture of technology solutions
  • Continuously accelerate the digital efforts of the organization
  • Develop, drive, and implement strategic projects for US Commercial Operations to optimize services, simplify processes and add value to the enterprise
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders and produce status reports/dashboards
  • Champion agile working methods
  • Effectively allocate resources, assign roles and responsibilities, and coordinate task and activities performed by the team
  • Prioritize business and functional requirements through planning sessions with business stakeholders
  • Establish project goals and objectives in line with stakeholder's expectations
  • Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research to determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions

What you'll bring to Alcon:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs.; Assoc.+14 yrs.; M.S.+7 yrs.; PhD+6 yrs.)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 10 Years of Relevant Experience
  • 6 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

  • Strong leadership, influencing and conflict resolution skills to drive change and business outcome
