What you will do

• Support internal stakeholders to understand and implement Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS);
• Monitor remedial actions progress and closure to ensure continuous improvement
• Assist on the execution/operation of Ericsson Group's risk management framework in North America (US and Canada), while evaluating its adequacy and/or effectiveness to achieve the organization's goals and objectives;
• Aid with data analysis and development of visualizations.

You might also have

• Experience with Audits and Assessments
• Familiarity with risks management and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and root cause analysis tools & frameworks
• Consulting skills
• Management systems, Internal or Lead Auditor training

This role reports to the Director EGMS & Risk Management
