Position Overview

As a vital member of our Talent Scout team at SharkNinja, you'll be instrumental in fortifying our talent attraction efforts across different business areas globally. Your primary focus will be collaborating closely with the Talent Attraction Partners, contributing your expertise to craft and execute a robust strategy for identifying and engaging top-tier talent.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing candidate behaviors, market dynamics, and emerging trends to inform our sourcing approach. Armed with these insights, you'll spearhead the development of innovative methods to attract and engage potential candidates, leveraging various channels and platforms.

Working hand in hand with Talent partners and the business, you'll ensure our sourcing efforts are finely tuned to meet organizational needs. In this global role, you'll engage with diverse talent pools worldwide, positioning SharkNinja as the employer of choice within our industry.

Through your collaborative efforts, we'll continue to source, attract, and engage top talent, driving SharkNinja's success in the competitive talent landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive sourcing activities to identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including but not limited to job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and talent databases.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Talent Attraction partners to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to efficiently screen and assess candidate qualifications, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract passive candidates, including targeted outreach, talent mapping, and talent pooling initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sourcing metrics and performance indicators to optimize sourcing strategies and drive improvements in candidate quality, quantity, and time-to-fill.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent sourcing to enhance recruitment effectiveness and maintain competitiveness in the talent market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
  • Partner with employer branding and marketing teams to develop compelling employer brand messaging and content that resonates with target talent audiences.
  • Provide support for Open house events, participation in networking and career fairs as needed
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market insights to key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR leaders, and executive management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on talent sourcing, providing guidance, training, and support to colleagues and team members as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, SeekOut, Google X-ray, resume databases, and social media platforms beyond LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
