What You'll Do:
As part of the general warehouse personnel, the Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for performing cycle counts and quality control audits for put away and replenishments to ensure inventory accuracy. The Clerk is required to work quickly and accurately but always in a safe manner and in compliance with all company policies.
Responsibilities will include the following;
- Perform daily audits of put away and replenishment; provide reports of results to management
- Maintain efficient slotting of items both active and inactive
- Perform daily cycle counts per Operations Manager direction and publish results
- Perform quality audits of picking accuracy and publish results to management
- Responsible for the standardizing building of pallets to be put away per operation guidelines
- Replenish pick locations
- Pull orders
- Label cases
- Shrink-wrap pallets
- Load trucks
- Responsible for audits of stock keeping, replenishment and move transactions
- Write up all damaged freight and report accordingly per protocol
- Ensure all pallets are properly secured, wrapped, and marked
- May be assigned anywhere in the warehouse to perform duties required at that time

Bring It!
- Candidate must have High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a Retail Distribution Warehouse
- Has experience using Outlook and Excel
- Has certification to operate Order Picker, Swing Reach, Counterbalance, Reach
- Must be able to use a computer with Oracle, telnet, Purolator, FedEx, UPS software, and have RF gun knowledge
- Familiar with a Warehouse Management System
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment; ability to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently
