We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee our MacOS and Windows environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and supporting corporate applications such as Okta, Zoom, Atlassian, Jamf,  Intune, and other in-house applications. In addition to these technical skills, the IT Manager will also be responsible for tasks such as workstation setup, laptop provisioning, procurement, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about all things data and technology, with extensive knowledge of the digital space. They will have a proven track record in information technology management and support, and be ready to support the strategic objectives of our highly cross-functional organization. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage support tickets and follow proper escalation paths
  • Manage the maintenance and support of our technology infrastructure, including Okta, Jamf, Intune, Zoom, and Google Workspace
  • Administration of Google Workspace and Atlassian Suite
  • Configuration, provisioning and deprovisioning of applications through Okta
  • Provide onsite and remote assistance to identify and resolve issues with Windows, Mac OS, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Provide support for audio visual equipment and conference rooms
  • Responsible for the stability and support of our office infrastructure
  • Manage internal and external support staff at various locations
  • Working with contractors and vendors for external support and repairs
  • Required to be in office a few days a week

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT management, system administration, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, integrations and network systems
  • Experience with Okta, Jamf, Intune, Zoom, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

VideoAmp’s mission is to create software and data solutions to enable advertisers to accurately measure and optimize their entire portfolio of linear TV, OTT, digital and walled garden investments while empowering publishers to effectively align and monetize their audiences with the advertiser’s desired outcome in a consumer-first privacy paradigm.

Minimum base salary of $ 125,000  + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
