Overview
The manager of demand generation and campaign management is responsible for overseeing and coordinating B2B campaign planning, execution, and measurement processes. This Individual may be responsible for the cross-enterprise campaign hierarchy or for individual campaigns within this hierarchy globally.

Roles/ Responsibilities
- Define common campaign structure and elements to be used across the enterprise
- Document the functional responsibilities during the campaign planning and execution lifecycle
- Work with product, marketing, customer and sales leaders to shape campaign themes over a year-long timeframe
- Coordinate with key functions as they fulfill on the programs that comprise a campaign (awareness, interest, reputation, demand, engagement, enablement), and the tactics that comprise these programs
- Crafts persuasive content tailored to target audiences across multiple touchpoints
- Curate, in coordination with Commercial operations, the targeted audience and personas
- Work with marketing (Commercial) operations to measure campaign performance and with business leaders to course-correct as campaign execution unfolds
- Align lead life cycle strategies and evaluate for ongoing improvement
- Act as an ombudsman for questions on campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources, and timing
- Lead measurement Coordinate with finance for campaign budget allocation and with sales for ongoing business reviews
Qualifications
Minimum required:
- 3 to 7 years of marketing experience across multiple roles and/or various marketing functions and supporting marketing strategy and plan development
- Specific experience in demand generation and B2B campaigns is expected
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of key business metrics
- Group facilitation skills
Preferred:
- Sales or product development experience a plus
- Budget planning and operations experience preferred
- Project management experience a plus
