About the Job:  

As a Managing Principal – Insurance Data & Analytics, you will work in a fast-paced environment using your strong business and consulting experience to deliver on data and analytics related projects across insurance segments. You will help lead business development and market opportunities for Data & Analytics, as well as leading the delivery of client projects. In this role, you will be working with senior client executives and stakeholders as well as internal and external and partners.

What You’ll Get to Do:  

  • Help grow our Insurance Data & Analytics practice
  • Solve Insurance clients’ most pressing strategic business, technology and digital challenges in the data & analytics space
  • Provide end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives Personally sell and lead/deliver projects across Data Management, Modern Data Architectures including Cloud, Data Engineering, and Analytics for our Insurance clients   
  • Synthesize market and industry trends into clearly articulated, tailored, and market differentiated client solutions 
  • Proactively engage with clients and Capco leadership in regular strategic & planning discussions 
  • Lead and mentor resources to grow in their careers 
  • Cultivate and manage a pipeline of work with clients 
  • Collaborate on solutions with our industry and technology partners

What You’ll Bring with You:  

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance industry
  • 5+ years management consulting experience required
  • Experience hitting individual sales/sold revenue targets required
  • Delivery of complex, large-scale IT solutions in the data & analytics space
  • Experience helping organizations design or implement effective data management, governance, architecture and/or analytics programs
  • Understanding of enterprise data management frameworks, such as the EDM Council’s DCAM, the Data Management Association’s DMBOK model
  • Experience implementing cloud data solutions
  • Understanding of data quality tools such as Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), SAS Data Management, IMB InfoSphere Quality stage, etc.
  • Understanding of master data management tools, such as Informatica, Oracle, SAP MDG, Profisee, Collibra, etc.
  • Experience leading projects across digital and core processing capabilities for insurers 
  • Deep understanding of the business and operations of insurance businesses
  • Ability to leverage and develop trusted and durable relationships with clients and partners across domains 
  • Extensive experience in delivering large scale program initiatives, reporting directly to senior stakeholders, and managing multiple teams 
  • Confidence in developing client relationships and building business rapport
  • Bachelor's degree required
