Join a world-class marketing team as a Pricing Operations Marketing Manager in the Consumer Group business unit to manage execution and set-up of offerings, pricing, promotions and vouchers for our consumer products. TurboTax products serve over 50M consumers and businesses with a full range of tax solutions from Do-It-Yourself to Full-Service. As TurboTax continues to expand our offerings to deliver our vision of " Taxes Done for Everyone," we have more product offerings and a need for acceleration within our product and pricing management platform.This role exists within the marketing operations team of the Consumer Group and requires a strong collaborative partnership with the Marketing Strategy, Finance, and Customer Success teams, as well as our Development team(s), to deliver these products to our customers. This role will be responsible for accurate pricing for our customers with keen attention to detail and operational rigor.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day execution and administration of Pricing, Promotions and Vouchers including thorough quality assurance and audit compliance
  • Document and maintain process SOP for the use of Commerce systems
  • Analyze, translate and use data to garner meaningful insight and sound business decisions and/or proposals
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and willingness to support during peak tax seasonalities
  • Manage programs
  • Understand the end-to-end customer experience, from advertising to in-product and all pricing touch points, to facilitate effective quality control and troubleshooting
  • Stay connected and involved through all campaigns, price tests, and seasonal changes/updates to facilitate quick pivots if/when needed
  • Proactively identify risks and/or root causes, determine a course of action, then act decisively while balancing speed, agility and quality
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to consult on strategy, understand objectives, and develop better ways of reaching desired outcomes
  • Technology & Process improvements
  • Act as a stakeholder for Commerce solutions, help gather, document and clarify requirements and participate in solution design reviews, user acceptance testing, system demos and communication
  • Highlights barriers to scale and repeatability; make recommendations for process and (system) tooling improvementso
  • Understand both current and future customer needs in order to promote an ideal future state for our operational capabilities including opportunities for automation leveraging AI
