Job Summary:
Are you passionate about creating process automations, visualizations, and end to end applications within Microsoft 365? Do you have experience in managing and executing projects? Do you want to work on new products with Executive level visibility? If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking for an IT Analyst who will be responsible for managing and executing projects related to Microsoft 365 PowerApps, PowerPages, PowerBI, and Dataverse Digital organization. The person will be working on building Vendor Management software that helps support the business in their supplier and sourcing strategy governance.
By incorporating new technologies, the individual will add extensive value to the business and improve employee experience and productivity. As subject matter expert of O365, this individual will act as an advisor to the development/support team on complex issues. The individual will also improve and ensure security and compliance across the Microsoft 365 platform and measure metrics and performance to maintain quality of service and high customer experience (CX).
What You Will Do:
• Plan, design, and implement O365 (PowerApp, Power Pages, PowerBI) solutions for various business needs and scenarios.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and incidents and act as an advisor to the support team on complex issues.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders on best practices and functionalities.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors on integrations and migrations.
• Evaluate and test new O365 features and updates.
• Provide feedback and suggestions on enhancements and improvements.
• Ensure security and compliance of data and content.
• Generate and analyze reports and dashboards.
• Identify and analyze customer business requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners on integration of third-party applications and add-ins.
• Escalations and regular engagement with the vendor team.
What You Will Have:
• Thorough knowledge of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 (PowerApp, PowerBI, Power Pages, and/or Dataverse) and related enterprise class collaboration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of O365 architecture, features, and functionalities.
• Basic knowledge with O365 groups, guest access, application permissions, federation, privileged roles and license management.
• Recommends enhancements for enterprise collaboration services.
• Identifies and documents specific problems and resolution alternatives.
• Explores and evaluates application design considerations for multiple technologies.
• Assists with current and planned integration initiatives.
• Tests system components for compliance with functional requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where technology is evolving at a rapid pace.
• Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute as a collaborative team member.
