Position Overview

The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Client Success and Operations teams, owning the behind-the-scenes, administrative tasks while their team counterparts focus on building the client relationships. In this role, you will be expected to handle multiple tasks and projects in support of both internal teams and client accounts. This role requires someone who is efficient and detail-oriented.

Employment Level: Mid Level

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Hours:  9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR)


What you'll do

  • Set up programs in Salesforce - ensuring all details are entered correctly in our CRM.
  • Update programs with changes and keep accurate records between Salesforce and our internal tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, etc.
  • Interact with clients and collect and organize client deliverables (landing pages, assets, creative material)
  • QA Landing Pages and submit edits before sending them to the client.
  • Deliver leads and report details to clients weekly as directed.
  • Submit, track, and deliver creative requests for campaign launch.
  • Assist with proposals as needed by collecting and compiling quotes, templated slides, and other requested documents.
  • Assist Client Success with QBR/Renewals by working with the internal operations team and the client to collect necessary data for reporting.
  • Own recurring client report creation and/or updates to external dashboards.
  • Run weekly reports and own dashboard updates for use in company standups.
  • Quickly respond to all internal emails/requests.
  • Conduct Lead QA as needed on client campaigns and deliverables.
  • Function as internal support for company teams and departments by owning administrative duties related to Client Success, Sales, Operations, Media Planning, and Executive functions.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant transferable working experience
  • Experience working in or with digital marketing agencies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Must have a working laptop/PC and internet and backup connection
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
  • Excellent English communication, verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask while upholding a high level of accuracy
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Creative, problem-solving ability

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.   
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Monthly Pay Range

₱46,000₱60,000 PHP
