Become a Senior Manager, Business Partner or Principal Business Partner at Bloomreach! The work you do will impact our Product and Engineering departments. You will be partnering closely with senior technical leaders - our Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, VPs and Senior Directors on topics of talent strategy and execution, organization, improving ways of working and productivity. You will be a core part of the global People Business partnering team. We offer a competitive salary along with RSUs and other benefits. Your job will be to:

  1. Be ambassador of our values and culture
  2. Be a strategic thought partner to senior leaders in Product end Engineering, for 2 strong product pillars and a platform.  Teams are based in Silicon Valley, Amsterdam, Bratislava and Bangalore.
  3. Become a trusted partner in driving effective decision making and change management - using data to solve the right problems and implement with high-velocity; Support leaders with practical solutions to solve their problems
  4. Advise leaders on critical people-related topics such as organization design, multi-site and virtual-first productivity, performance management, career development, leadership empowerment, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement (including effective deployment of various People related policies)
  5. Build strong relationships with people from within the functions you support, in addition use quarterly barometer data to know the pulse of the organization
  6. Collaborate with the rest of People leadership team to create an environment at Bloomreach (via people programs, processes and policies) where highly capable people thrive and have a meaningful impact
  7. Lead and act as a mentor for other business partners 


Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you will understand our context, meet all the key stakeholders and get to know the company 
  • In 60 days, you will craft People priorities for Product and Engineering with collaboration with your key stakeholders and start executing on the plan
  • In 90 days, you will have materially helped your stakeholders to advance their People related priorities

You have the following experience and qualities:Professional experience

  • Relevant business experience working with senior leadership (CxO to CxO-2) at a strategic level, in R&D for at least 3 years in a SaaS company distributed across continent
  • Experience working US, India and at least one European site - understanding typical people-practices of tech companies in each of the geographies
  • Ability to travel on quarterly basis to, US (Silicon Valley) India (Bangalore) and Europe - depending on location of the candidate
  • University degree

The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.

Base Salary Range

$120,000$150,000 USD
