Red Ventures is seeking a Paid Search Associate to support one of our owned and operated brands: Energy.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and analyzing paid search campaigns to drive performance. In this role, you’ll need to think strategically and act tactically. You’ll be tasked with identifying and executing on opportunities to drive revenue, utilizing data-driven best practices. If you like data, marketing, and analytics, you’ve come to the right place.

This role is required to operate out of the Charlotte, NC area office on a hybrid schedule (Monday through Thursday in office).

What You'll Do:

• Create, execute, and analyze paid search campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising platforms.
• Identify and test opportunities for account growth and optimization.
• Analyze performance data and give recommendations for driving account growth.
• Effectively communicate results, presenting to the team and business leaders on a consistent basis

What We're Looking For: Data lovers and analytically minded people with a passion for online marketing/search engine marketing.

• 1+ years of experience with a proven track record meeting performance goals in paid search marketing
• Experience in Google Ads (AdWords) & Microsoft Advertising
• Advanced Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, or other analytic platform experience.
• Self-starter with willingness to drive the business forward and take ownership of tasks, tactics, and strategy.
• Interpersonal skills and a strong team player. Ability to communicate both written and verbal.
• Experience in paid social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok) a plus.
  

Compensation

• Cash Compensation Range: $65,000-$85,000*
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
