Project Manager

Experience: 9+ years

Project Manager- Insurance (Merger and Acquisition)

Summary of Role:

The Project Manager works with our Project Managers (PM) to assist with delivery and execution of projects for clients on time and under budget. The Project Manager will leverage and help manage the team's Project Admin(s) to ensure the team knows the status of projects at all times, that deliverables are prepared and sent to clients and that deadlines are effectively communicated/tracked and met. The position requires a high level of independent work and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. We are looking for a self-starter who is detail oriented and loves to solve problems for the clients.

 

The role typical involves the usage and development of financial models, as well as extensive use of form contracts - and thus experience in an analyst or analytical role, or experience in a legal setting involving contracts is required for long-term growth and success.

 

 

Examples of candidate's responsibilities include:

 

  • Support projects from inception to project completion, knowing the status of all projects at all times
  • Prepare projects - including preparation of form contracts, updating said contracts per clients' requests, preparing cash flow models using existing templates, researching information about clients online, reviewing online disclosures, etc.
  • Assist team and clients with understanding the milestones to complete each project
  • Work with team and client to tailor form contracts and financial models to client needs
  • Work with team and client's legal and tax counsel
  • Analyze, track and sort data from projects for reporting purposes
  • Communicates directly with clients as needed via email/phone
  • Schedules and participates in project-based phone calls with PM
  • Maintains electronic and physical files and manages documents
  • Utilizes and develops project workflows to ensure consistency

Required Skills:

  • Analytical and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with contract preparation/legal writing
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of experience in a related field

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon
