What will you be doing?

• Dive into the creative process as you craft captivating flows, prototypes, sketches, and stunning high-fidelity visuals for your assigned features, bringing innovation to life.
• Collaborate closely with an inspiring team of Product Designers, alongside Product Managers, and our brilliant Engineering squad, ensuring seamless implementation and an unparalleled user journey.
• Harness the power of feedback! Engage with your peers, including fellow designers and teammates within your product team, to refine your designs and elevate them to perfection.
• Immerse yourself in the user's world! Conduct insightful user interviews and usability testing sessions, gaining invaluable insights to drive user-centric design decisions.
• Be the architect of excellence! Lead the evolution of our design system, shaping the visual identity that defines our cutting-edge products.

• You're a dynamic product designer, fuelled by a relentless passion to transform concepts into polished masterpieces.
• Showcase your expertise with a robust portfolio and a minimum of 1-2 years immersed in the dynamic realm of product design.
• Master the art of crafting cohesive, meticulously detailed experiences that transcend platforms, demonstrating your ability to weave magic into every interaction.
• Possess razor-sharp organizational skills and an unwavering dedication to perfection, coupled with impeccable verbal and written English communication abilities.
• Embrace challenges with a can-do attitude, dedicated to launching nothing short of the absolute best user experience.
• Cultivate a deep-seated enthusiasm for unravelling user-centric puzzles, prioritizing problem-solving prowess over mere aesthetics.
• Thrive in a feedback-rich environment, adept at navigating through a myriad of design possibilities while maintaining focus and clarity.
• Harness the power of prototyping as your creative tool, adept at bringing ideas to life and effectively communicating design solutions. Show us your arsenal of prototypes and design files that bear testimony to your ingenuity.
• Command Sketch like a virtuoso, leveraging its capabilities to sculpt your visions into reality.

Nice to Haves:

• Interaction design examples and experience with advanced prototyping software such as Principle or Framer.
• Experience working in an internet or B2B Saas company
• Experience performing research on your own, such as usability testing and feedback analysis.
