Job Title: Product Manager

Location: US - GA - Atlanta (Sandy Springs - hybrid)

FLSA: Exempt

Job Overview:

The Product Manager will support the Director of Products and Systems by managing and documenting all Private Label protection product information, review, editing and analyzing consumer agreements and product pricing. Ensuring product alignment through legal, marketing, training, data configuration, API, reporting and dealer success teams. This position will act as product Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and manage documentation for products (Program guides, Dealer Operations manual, etc.)
  • Communicate product changes to relevant stakeholders
  • Serve as SME on program and product information for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work cross-departmentally with legal, marketing, training, and dealer success team to align and support product information activities and needs
  • End to end state compliance owner for program and tracking of all legal forms
  • Work with internal legal team for compliance updates, tracking, and any new state legislation updates
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy
  • Review training materials for accuracy
  • Cross collaboration with internal SMEs to proactively address market demands
  • Involvement in defect resolution, where applicable, to product rates or forms
  • Understand impact of product changes to scope and size of projects and system changes
  • Research and analyze protection products
  • Work with reporting and analytics teams to build and maintain relevant analysis and reporting.
  • Support team members by establishing effective interpersonal relationships, and cross functional partnering
  • Communicate effectively with customers, advocate customer needs and initiate resolution
  • Monitor and communicate key product metrics

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Communications, Business or equivalent, Product or Project Management, Training
  • 5+ years of product, account or project management or other relevant experience Demonstrated experience in client services (including account/client management, project management)
  • Demonstrated experience working across teams in complex matrix organizations
  • Strong project management skills a requirement
  • Experienced project management software required, Smartsheet preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to analyze data, Looker/ Power BI experience an asset
  • Ability to work independently and handle complex projects in an exciting and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
