Syndigo is seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Manager for Strategic Program Adoption. In this role, Program Manager for Strategic Program Adoption will be instrumental in driving our growth initiatives by enhancing adoption and engagement across various retail platforms such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, and more. Collaborating closely with teams spanning Retail Program Management, Commercial, Marketing, Business Systems, and Customer Success, the Program Manager for Strategic Program Adoption will spearhead the execution of retail campaigns to elevate engagement and drive business expansion.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Develop and implement strategies to boost adoption and engagement within Syndigo's retail programs.
  • Work collaboratively with Retail Program Management, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of retail campaigns.
  • Proactively engage with customers to gather insights into their adoption needs and value drivers.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster program adoption.
  • Monitor and evaluate success metrics to gauge the effectiveness of adoption efforts and make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on program adoption progress to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies pertinent to retail program adoption.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technology/software setting.
  • Sound understanding of retail industry trends, dynamics, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead meaningful conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Driven by results and possesses a tenacious mindset focused on achieving goals and driving business impact.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, capable of deriving insights and making data-informed decisions.
  • Previous exposure to fast-paced and dynamic work environments, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
