As a Project Administrator your mission is to manage project deadlines, provide updates, handle inquiries, and ensure all timelines are met. The goal is to ensure we are delivering quality products and services that exceed client expectations. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail and excel skills. There are various concepts that will need to be understood and applied to a variety of situations. You will need to make discretionary judgment calls to provide excellent service to customers by performing the following duties personally or alongside other team members and outside vendors.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Manage client relationships and provide status updates to all applicable teams.
  • Create and manage project milestones. 
  • Define and maintain checklists.
  • Ensure projects remain on track.
  • Resolve all client complaints and inquiries professionally and provide detailed documentation of all interactions.
  • Research & resolve issues.
  • Assist in billing, when needed to rectify any discrepancies.
  • Track and maintain delivery schedule/log for all projects.
  • Provide support and make recommendations on process improvements to assist in exceeding customer satisfaction.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised; establish work priorities.
  • Honest, hardworking, and reliable
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment; willing to jump into unfamiliar projects when team members need help.
  • Attention to details; proof-reading skills. 
  • Flexibility in adapting to changes in priorities, assignments, and other interruptions, which may impact pre-established timelines and courses of action for completing projects and assignments.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally, to senior staff, as well as other team members
