Plano, TX

Ericsson Networks' Accelerated Project Management Learning Program is designed for those interested in taking their skills to the next level. This program uses a dynamic blend of project simulations, exercises, and interactive sessions so participants gain valuable insights on how to apply their experience and knowledge within the Ericsson framework.

Upon completion of the program, you will be assigned to a team as a project manager where you will gain further insights, experience and knowledge through hands-on experience and mentorship. In the Customer Project Manager role, you will lead, plan, track and report on the performance of customer projects. You will also work with a variety of people including customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers and vendors.

What will you do

  • Establish the project baseline by defining project plans and securing resources
  • Drive project execution by monitoring and reporting on project activities, perform change management and address conflicts or issues
  • Handle customer and partner engagement by managing relationships, building confidence and trust, and ensuring accurate reporting and governance.
  • Manage and accurately report project financials, maintain Global KPIs and Quality Checks within an acceptable level
  • Identify process simplification and optimization through the introduction of innovative and creative ideas
  • Exhibit high-energy and results oriented approach to efficiently manage multiple activities within a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, respect, professionalism, positive demeanor and a determined approach when managing challenging situations under pressure
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals across all levels of the organization
  • Willingness to work together with teams from various departments and functions in order to achieve common goals

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, engineering, business administration or management (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 1-3 Years' experience in project delivery related roles
  • CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master or any other industrywide certification is a plus

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate, if required
  • Ability to travel, as needed
