Job Description:

Do you have a knack for data analysis, process improvement, and technology optimization? Are you passionate about helping teams find and hire the best talent for a global organization? If yes, you might be the ideal candidate for the Manager of Recruiting Operations role here at CoreLogic. We are looking to grow our Talent Acquisition team to include someone who has demonstrated experience leading a successful global recruiting operations function. As the Manager of Recruiting Operations, you will focus on providing the Talent Acquisition function with process documentation, diligent reporting, and in-depth data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition function by creating process documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Manage a small team of Global Talent Acquisition Coordinators owning the recruiting process from interview through onboarding including the background check process.
  • Liaise with Talent leadership on monthly budget allocation, processing contracts, and ensure timely payment of Talent invoices.
  • Partner with Talent leadership, Recruiters, HR COE partners, and business leaders throughout the organization to give structure and transparency to the Recruiting function.
  • Build and maintain a job board management system that ensures consistency and optimization across all platforms (including LinkedIn, Indeed, and other global job boards).
  • Proactively manage our recruiting tech stack and make recommendations to support continuous improvement from a resource perspective.
  • Partner with HRIS Data Analysts to improve upon recruiting data integrity and accessibility.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc requests for recruiting data analysis and make recommendations in partnership with Talent leadership.
  • Initial audit and continuous improvement of Applicant Tracking System and sourcing tools, including pipeline stages, archive buckets, feedback forms, and job listings.
  • Reporting cadences established with Recruiting Leadership to deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports used internally and externally.
  • Initial audit and continuous improvement of job board management tools, including an audit of all external job postings for optimization opportunities.
  • Duties are typically performed in an office setting one day per week in our Dallas, TX or Irvine, CA campus. Duties may also require working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends) to support recruiting events or initiatives, globally.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business function or equivalent experience
  • 10 + years of cumulative experience in Recruiting, Talent Management, or Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations management or equivalent operational experience in a global talent organization
  • Experience working successfully in a high-growth, fast-paced, matrixed environment, preferred
  • Advanced abilities in Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS reporting tools (ideally Visier and/or Power BI)
  • Deep understanding of modern Applicant Tracking Systems; (ideally Workday)
  • Proven ability to successfully work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish operational goals

Annual Pay Range:

80,200 - 108,300 USD
