Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales outreach to insurance agents, carriers, and independent agencies to drive revenue growth in designated regions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, meeting client objectives, and a willingness to meet with clients where and when they need it. The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our market presence, fostering client relationships, and achieving business objectives.
How You'll Contribute...
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets and expand market share within certain regions of the country.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients, including insurance carriers, agents, and individual independent agencies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical product, and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish partnerships.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
What We're Looking For...
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales outreach, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a strong drive to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing sales plans, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
