About the role:
We seek a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our GTM team. The individual we seek will support our development and administration of Salesforce, Conga CLM and our partner community. We seek an individual with a declarative first mentality who is also comfortable to review APEX understand where code is required. The individual will have strong communication skills and be able to understand the business context of a story which is assigned and recommend and deploy scalable solutions which minimize any tech debt. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and can seek and utilize support and guidance from our team members.
What you will Do:

• Design, configure, administer and customize Salesforce application. Well versed with Apex code, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields, Validation Rules and Visual Force Pages.
• Identify the root cause of defects and develop fixes in the system.
• Work with Scrum Master, Business Analysts to scope work and produce estimates.
• Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support.
• Working with SFDC support to resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications. Maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Apex, Flows, and Lightning web components.
• 3+ years working with enterprise-scale software projects utilizing the Salesforce Platform.
• Programming background using one or more of the languages such as APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, Java.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to set up and interpret logic, data tables.
• Support QA/ UAT and obtain approval for changes in both test and production environments.
• Understands user stories and can provide accurate work estimates.
• Respond promptly to support tickets, involving investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of system defects and inquiries related salesforce, which may include troubleshooting APEX, data, interfaces, and other technical components.
• Salesforce Partner Community experience
• Conga CLM experience creating templates and administration.
• Salesforce CPQ / Billing configuration

Required Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Sales Cloud (Preferred)
• Platform Developer I (Preferred)
