Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU ABAP EMIGALL Developer who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role: SAP ISU ABAP EMIGALL Developer

Job Level: Manager

Location: Wall Township, NJ. Travel required.

We are seeking a skilled Consultant with a focus on SAP IS-Utilities, ABAP, and EMIGALL to join our team as a Manager. With a minimum of 10+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our utilities and Smart Grid solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across projects.

Role Summary:

• Work on the design and implementation of SAP IS-Utilities solutions to enhance business functionality and overall performance.
• Provide expert guidance on ABAP development practices, ensuring high-quality code and integration.
• Supervise the EMIGALL data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project timelines.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Drive the adoption of Smart Grid technologies, aligning with industry practices and standards.
• Conduct thorough analysis to identify system improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Ensure project work meet the highest quality standards and are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate sessions to enhance team capabilities and expertise in SAP utilities solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Handle customer expectations through clear and consistent communication.

Role Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional IT experience, with a concentration in SAP ISU ABAP including EMIGALL
• Must have an deep understanding of SAP IS-Utilities and its application in the Utilities sector.
• Demonstrable experience in SAP ABAP development, with a solid portfolio of successful projects
• Familiarity with EMIGALL data migration tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of Smart Grid technologies and their implementation in utility projects is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to guide and mentor team members.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
