We are currently looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst to join us. Your overarching role would be to be a strong support player with an emerging voice.
This role is best delivered by someone living in or near Denver, Colorado, or New York City and will include remote work. In this hybrid position, you will work with different strategy team members based in Denver and NY and may be asked to occasionally join us in the office to collaborate with our teams and managers.
In this role, you can expect:

  • Consistently partner with various cross-functional players to contribute to multiple client engagements
  • Manage activities of multiple projects in parallel - becoming a master at time-management
  • Help guide client experience and satisfaction with a responsive and results-focused attitude
  • Actively build storytelling, presentation development and content creation skills
  • Research and create decks, stories, relevant slides to explain topic/trend to others on the team
  • Inform current thinking about specific business topics or macro trends
  • Actively immerse yourself into new projects, initiatives and topics - always finding ways to go above and beyond the ask to contribute value
  • Synthesizes initial data analysis, key learnings and big ideas
  • Highly engaged in Monigle culture, developing trusted relationships across departments
  • Ability to travel


Our ideal candidate:

  • 1-3 years experience working in brand strategy at an advertising or brand agency
  • B.A. degree
  • Exceptional communication stills- both written and verbal
  • Expertise in developing and delivering presentations
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting comprehensive, complex brand programs
  • Working understanding of business processes
  • Experience with various research methodologies and comfort with qualitative and quantitative data
  • Interest in seeing the impact of your work in client businesses and in the real world


Salary range: $60,500 - 71,500 (Denver, Colorado area)

  • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
